Ron's Fireworks guarantees 100% of our product to perform. Faulty fireworks will be handled on a case-by-case basis by replacing the product. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not honored.
Important Safety Tip: If you believe a firework is a dud after lighting the fuse, do not approach it immediately. Wait at least 15–30 minutes, then carefully approach with a bucket of water to soak it thoroughly before handling. Never pick up or relight a potential dud!
